In this powerful presentation, Heather explores how we can transform difficult experiences from sources of ongoing pain into foundations for profound personal development. This presentation invites participants to discover the nature of post-traumatic growth mindset, and examines what a resilience timeline truly encompasses, revealing how recovery isn’t linear but rather a dynamic process with its own rhythm and pace unique to each individual.
