Sa Ta Na Ma- a foundational mantra representing the cycle of life (sa=birth/infinity, ta=life, na=death/transformation, ma=rebirth) . Having been both a postpartum doula and end-of-life doula, these transitions in and out of what we know to be our existence are the most beautiful and sacred thresholds. This is why I believe all recovery is grief work, the "old version" of you has to let go before you can begin again. Recovery is a threshold-are you ready for a rebirth?
In this container we will work together using the R20 foundation of yoga, mantra, and meditation to support you on your evolution in recovery. Svadhyaya (self inquiry) Personal assessments using the wisdom of the Enneagram, the illumination of Lunar Archetypes, and the holistic philosophy of Ayurveda will access a deep transformation and help you find your true identity before addiction.
My personal recovery rebirth happened 12 years ago when I realized "the only thing that was ever wrong with me was my belief that there was something wrong with me". There is a sacredness about the bottom, the dark hole and holy place where we get to start the climb back to wholeness and light. It starts with connection, not as a bonus feature of recovery but as the whole thing! In life, there is always a "before and after"-let's walk this path of discovery together in the "now" to heal, recover and live the life you were truly meant to live before addiction took root. Ishvara Pranidhana (Surrender) This isn't about being perfect, this is about being honest. Those are very different invitations....Rsvp YES-the Universe is waiting for the one and only you. Sat Nam and Love.
