As a person in recovery, my lived experience with childhood trauma surrounded by addiction, alcoholism and depression help to serve and advocate for individual and family healing. I am a single mother of 4 adult children and 2 dogs. My passion for food has been apparent through 20 years in the restaurant business, which was also the driving force that led me to find my balance in chaos through yoga, meditation, breath work, nutrition and the 12 efforts.
My work as a Yoga informed Recovery coach encompasses guidance, support and empowerment of persons in recovery from any areas of life to develop and sustain a strong foundation through creation of healthy coping skills, community and self-care. I vehemently believe that we all could thrive in life and that by bringing our learned survivor skills back into balance we will find alignment, happiness and freedom with the universe and ourselves.
