Addiction is very much like a maze. We keep chasing different paths that lead us to the same dead end. Let me lend you my light until you can illuminate your own individual path out. I have 30 years of continuous sobriety. I was in recovery for 10 years and was still feeling stuck in the maze of addictive thinking, when I discovered meditation and yoga. Breath work, meditation and yoga have been integral tools in illuminating my own personal path. I'd love to share what I've learned with others who suspect there must be an easier, softer way.
There is a way through the maze. Allow yourself to experience the joys of a sober life.
And remember, "don't quit before the miracle happens."
