I believe we can write a new story—one in which we thrive in recovery. We can move beyond addiction, to discover who we really are. We are then ready to set out on a journey of discovery!
I am on that never-ending journey myself, having suffered alcoholism, prescription drug addiction, eating disorders and co-dependency. Quite a line-up! But I have been blessed with the freedom of recovery and the awareness that with this foundation, we can create lives beyond our wildest dreams. And it’s never too late!
I take a spiritual approach to the process of recovery and discovery. My journey takes the form of yoga. Spiritual practice has worked for me, and I encourage clients to cultivate their own. From here, we work toward positive change and goal fulfillment.
My professional qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work and experience working in field of chemical dependency. I’m also quite well versed in the 12 Steps, having attended several programs over the years.
