At the root of most dysfunctions people experience is a disconnection from their True Selves. The most effective coaching therefore, with the most permanent results, is for people to reconnect to their true selves. I find that meditation, yoga, self inquiry, nutrition, physical activities, a good night's restful sleep all facilitate a state of clear awareness which helps people to discover their truth and purpose. But perhaps the most important task of all is to look at our own lives with complete honesty and candor. I am both in recovery from alcohol addiction and have been a daily meditator for 45 years. I can help people find their path through recovery and discovery toward their True Selves.
