In 2015, I began my journey to sobriety. The same year, my aunt and brother died, and I entered the fires of grief. Through excruciating emotional pain, I learned how to live in the wake of loss and trauma, substance-free. Now I understand that this process can be easier and less painful- and that’s what I help others find as I walk alongside them through grief and recovery.
Everything I coach, I have lived through and survived. My work is rooted in mutual vulnerability—I don’t place myself above you. I meet you as an equal, a fellow traveler walking beside you as we navigate the path of healing together. This is sacred work to me, and I bring deep respect, presence, and devotion to every session.
I weave somatic healing, spiritual counseling, and emotional resilience into our work, supporting you to navigate the challenging terrain of healing yourself. I work especially well with those who “feel too much,” grieve too hard, or are awakening to their truth after years of survival.
Alongside deep listening and space-holding, I offer tools, practices, and resources to empower your healing. With our work together, we ease the weight of the journey and help you feel lighter, soften the suffering, and bring grace to the process you’re in.
If you’re ready to turn toward your pain with courage, and allow it to transform into joy—I’d be honored to walk with you. Get ready, my friend: life is about to get better than you ever thought possible. 😉
