I believe Recovery is a Sacred Journey, not just surviving—but coming home to who you truly are. My own path wound through trauma, psychiatric labeling and years of medication that dulled my spirit. Ater a serious accident lead to opiate dependency, and ultimately addiction, I faced yet another dark night of the soul. With no roadmap and no medical support, I chose to walk away from the systems that had failed me-and walk toward the deeper truth within.
What followed was a long sacred unraveling. My path of healing is in devotion to: my breath, mantra, meditation, yoga, the forest, prayer and ritual, food as medicine, and the fierce grace of recovery. I now hold space for individuals navigating this same holy threshold-between breakdown and rebirth.
My work is informed by 30 years working in healthcare, and more strongly guided by my personal journey, rooted in recovery wisdom and ancient knowing. I walk as a guide/support to clients who tap into their own wisdom and together we witness the transmutation of shame into sovereignty and survival into sacred embodiment.
You are not crazy. You are coming home.
