Although there are many definitions for “addict,” mine is someone who feels things so deeply that he or she will do anything possible to change a feeling - even if changing that feeling could mean death. I’m not even sure that addicts feel things more intensely than other people; it’s just that we prioritize those feelings so much. We love dopamine and feel entitled to it. If we don’t get it, we can often overanalyze, spending way too much time trying to figure out what’s wrong when nothing actually is.
Let me help you move past your addiction story and upgrade your life with daily practices, meditation, yoga, and a pathway to a healthier relationship with food. We will discover your personal mission and be of service to others.
