My Coaching Philosophy
If I’ve learned anything on this wild, holy, beautifully messy road of recovery and awakening, it’s this: people don’t bloom because someone yanks their petals open. They bloom because they’re given the safety, the space, and the gentle sunlight of compassionate inquiry.
In my work as a Recovery Coach, my role isn’t to fix you — it’s to sit with you long enough for you to hear the wisdom that’s been whispering under the noise. I believe every person carries their own map out of the maze… they just need someone who knows how to hold the flashlight without taking over the journey.
Yes, there is sameness in our stories — the ache of shame, the detours into self-blame, the moments we’ve all looked in the mirror and thought, “How did I get here?” But every human also deserves a path that’s uniquely their own. Recovery is not one-size-fits-all; it’s a handmade garment, stitched from your history, your gifts, your patterns, and your possibilities.
So I share from lived experience — the practices, the insights, and the grace-notes that helped me peel back the layers of confusion, self-hatred, and those good old maladaptive coping strategies that once felt like survival.
Together, we gently uncover what’s been blocking the light, one honest conversation at a time. And we celebrate — loudly — every moment you step closer to the remembrance of who you’ve always been beneath it all: whole, wise, wild-hearted, and worthy.
My mission is simple:
To help you feel empowered in your own life again — not by rescuing you, but by walking beside you as you reclaim the brilliance that was never lost, only forgotten.
