The theme of May in Recovery 2.0 is Changing Your Mind Through MANTRA.

Our morning practice for the month of May begins with movements and breath work aimed at enlivening life force (Prana) in the body.

Then we do a powerful mantra practice featuring the Long Ek Ong Kar chant.

This mantra of awareness leads us to better understand our spiritual connection with Self, with Others and with our Higher Power.
