Brian Garrison (BrianG) is a grateful being working at the intersections of addiction recovery, realization, and trauma resilience. An addiction recovery expert, eRYT-500+ yoga teacher, and mindful resilience trainer, Brian is on a quest to end self-imposed suffering in his life and in the lives of others.  

As a person in long-term recovery from multiple substance and process addictions, mental health disorders, and repeated trauma exposures, Brian’s focus is on creating practices of self-care and self-forgiveness that bring forth equanimity and transformation.  

In this engaging presentation, Brian addresses prayer as an expression of one’s personal relationship in the Universe and how refining and integrating that expression is a powerful support on the road to freedom.  

He discusses an effective structure he personally developed that creates and embodies the practice of prayer to receive the benefit of freedom that arises from daily practice.
