The Sadhana of Step 10 is an experiential journey into the art of daily self-awareness and spiritual alignment. Rooted in the practice of mindful reflection and the 10th Step, this course explores how truthfulness, humility, and conscious correction can become a living meditation — moment by moment, breath by breath. We will explore different yogic tools and practices to help facilitate this journey.
In both contemplative and recovery traditions, awakening is not achieved through perfection but through continuous relationship with a Power greater than ourselves. Step 10 — “Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it” — is the spiritual technology of humility: the daily practice of clearing away what blocks our light, so that our highest self can shine unobstructed.
